Stirling Bridge Group raises capital to fund trust deed loans from private sources including, but not limited to, individual, IRAs, institutional sources and pension funds. SBG's primary source for investors are financially sophisticated individuals as per SEC Regulation 'D'. SBG works with brokers and directly with borrowers whose scenarios meet the programs offered by SBG. |
